1 Our Right to Refuse an Order
We reserve the right to refuse an order if:
- We do not have the said item in stock
- You are outside of the area we deliver to.
- An item is price incorrectly due to a typographical error.
In all cases you will be refunded the correct amount. You will be notified
by e-mail should this occur.
2 Warranty
We provide a refund on all items with manufacturing faults up to 14 days after you have received the item. We also provide refunds on most items providing they have not been used up to 14 days after purchase. Any items with damage from the user including misuse or wear and tear will not be given a refund. Receipts must be returned along with the item for a refund
to be given.
We do not provide refunds on the following items:
- Helmets
- Boots (If worn outside or scuff marks are present)
Faulty goods will be exchanged by authorisation of supplier if deemed faulty
after 14 days. Receipt must be included when returned.
It is the customers responsibly to pay carriage both ways if an item is
being returned.
3 7 Day Cancel Period
In regards to the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 any item can be returned to us within 7 days with a full refund given. The item must not have been used or worn and must be in as new condition. Receipt
must be included. The goods must be returned to us at your cost.
4 Returns
If your item is eligible for returning as specified above then return the

An exchange or refund will be given if when the item reaches us it is in as new condition and is able to be resold. All original tags and packaging must be present or we reserve the right to refuse your return. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us; in the event of it being damaged in the post we reserve the right to refuse your return.
