Delivery Methods/ Options
The delivery methods used are set by the cost of the order, see below for more information.
For orders above £150.00 we will send by the courier DHL free of charge.
For orders between £75.00 and £149.99 we will send by the courier DHL at the charge of £9.99
For orders below £75.00 we will send by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded post at the charge of £4.99

Despatch
Any order placed during standard working hours* on week days will aimed to be despatched same day and delivered within the guidelines set by the method of posting. Ordered placed on weekends may not be dispatched same day but will be dispatched on the following Monday.
*Monday – Friday: 9:00am to 5:30pm
Please allow up to 10 days for a confirmation of order as stock levels may vary.
Delivery
Items will only be delivered to the card holders registered address. Once signed for the item is the responsibility of the customer. Should the item be damaged you should refuse to accept the item and do not sign for it, please refer to the Terms and Conditions page for more information on returning goods. If goods are lost during transit or you have not received your order after 10 days of order confirmation please get in contact with us to declare them as missing.Once dispatched the goods are in the hands of a third party and out of our control, for this reason we cannot guarantee the goods will arrive on time. Any additional delivery instructions are done so at your own risk and are therefore not the responsibility of us.
